"Diane was recommended to me by a head teacher my school had been working with, to improve our SEN systems and processes. When she arrived, she was incredibly open and friendly and very understanding about the specific situation our school had found itself in. She was eager to get started and was kind enough to let me lead the way in what we were looking for support with and where I felt our particular strengths and weaknesses were.
After one day working with her, we had completed several important tasks together which acted as excellent experience for me, working alongside someone who clearly had a detailed knowledge of how to support SEND and implement strong practise in a school.
I was so pleased with the support I received that my school asked Diane to come back for a second visit, where she was able to help me complete a thorough SEN overview of my school, with key information included and to set several clear targets for myself, with methods to complete them and clear success criteria so that I would know when I had been successful.
I would absolutely recommend Olive Branch Consulting for anyone's advice or support needs, especially regarding SEND. Hope that helps Diane. I mean every word of it. Thank you again for all of your help. Our school actually received the Ofsted call this week and I would not have been in the confident position to meet with the inspectors that I was without your support."

"Throughout this year you have shown unwavering commitment, warmth, and resilience in your fostering role. It is clear that you create a home where children feel genuinely valued and a part of your family unit. The report makes clear that you offer personalised care for each child. The child is clearly thriving with your routines, educational support, and the pride you take in his cultural identity. The calm, structured environment you've built—along with the trusting relationship you maintain with his mum—demonstrates sensitive and effective practice. The visits are well-planned and positive, made easier by the warm connections you've helped him build within the household. Your strong partnership working shines through as does your excellent communication with the professional systems around the children in your care, your thoughtful approach to The transition to residential care showed compassion and emotional insight. You both continue to offer high-quality, child-centred care, rooted in empathy, reflection, and strong family values and your commitment is evident."
